Since joining USV, I have evolved from an eager learner to a leader—still fueled by an insatiable curiosity to learn, grow and excel. Starting my journey as an Assistant Product Manager, I have had the privilege of working across teams and therapies, gaining diverse insights and invaluable experiences. A defining moment in my journey was during COVID, where I embraced the challenge of reaching our customers and ensuring USV's presence made a significant and lasting impact—a responsibility that deeply shaped my perspective.

I was empowered to explore cutting-edge technologies, leading to development of in-house clones producing high-titer mAb candidates for biosimilars. Recognized for these contributions, my role was expanded to designing of new mammalian labs, to elevate USV’s biopharma portfolio and driving its innovation journey.

A few examples include the Day 1 launch of Sugammadex, ensuring uninterrupted medicine supply during COVID-19 lockdowns, seamless transfers of key brands like JALRA and ECOSPRIN AV, and USV’s swift entry into Oncology, with the first filing completed in record time.
