INDICATIONS & DOSAGE
1. Mild to moderate essential Hypertension
Initial starting dose 2.5mg od/bid. The maximum dose should not be more than 40 mg per day
2. Heart Failure: as an adjunctive therapy with diuretics and digitalis. starting dose- 2.5mg od or bid to reach 20mg daily dose
3. AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction)
4. Diabetic Nephropathy: In both normotensive & Hypertensive diabetics to prevent the progression of nephropathy in the dose of 2.5-10mg per day
