INGREDIENTS
Each capsule contains enteric coated granules of omeprazole 20 mg & 40 mg

INDICATIONS & DOSAGE
Gastric ulcers, reflux oesophagitis & Zollinger Ellison Syndrome. 20mg od or bid for the treatment of active gastric or duodenal ulcers or reflux oesophagitis
Treatment should be continued until healing occurs usually within 2-4 weeks for duodenal ulcers and 4-8 weeks for gastric ulcers and reflux oesophagitis
A 20mg daily dose has been used successfully as maintainence therapy to prevent recurrence in patients with reflux oesophagitis or severe peptic ulcer disease & 10mg daily doses appear promising in preventing relapse in duodenal ulcers
In patients with Zollinger- Ellison Syndrome, a starting dose of 60 mg daily is recommended. Doses should be adjusted to individual patient needs and should continue as long as clinically indicated
Daily dosage of greater than 80mg should be administered in divided doses
